For an easy service at a fixed cost, we can carry out the following whenever your protocol requires:
Internal inspection at component level to ensure the Incubator is functioning as it should and identify any potential components that may have a bearing on reliability, this includes solder joints in higher temperature areas that can fracture with age and repair as required and return performing just as when new.
In the case of preset models such as the GNAT MX2 & Orion MX8 we can calibrate and validate to a UKAS traceable reference or Discovery MX10, Challenger MX25 & Ranger MX45 the actual reference is taken from the internal spirit thermometer, so this is again calibrated against a UKAS traceable reference.
The calibration method is with a “wet” dummy load or bath in case of thermometers, a sample certificate that will be issued can be viewed and evaluated on the link
We aim to turn around in 2-3 working days, all we ask is you pack up and ship the item to Lynd.
Prices above include any components or thermometers needed to facilitate any required repairs however cosmetic/cabinet parts such as lids, cases etc, are not included.
